Made by Lilu is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local post office.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Made by Lilu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
